Application forms are available online and can be submitted at the Atherton Courthouse (81 Main Street, Atherton). Along with your application, you will need to provide two (2) forms of identification, your household income details & any relevant medical information.

Once the assessment of your eligibility and housing need is completed, your application will be placed on the housing register according to your level of need.
