Tablelands Community Housing Association (TCHA) is a not-for-profit organisation committed to providing affordable and safe homes to individuals and families in the Atherton area. We aim to reduce homelessness in our area by assisting applicants from the social housing register to secure affordable housing.

Our Objectives:
- To assist low-income families and individuals to obtain safe, secure, affordable and appropriate housing.
- To clearly commit to the principles of social justice and the rights of tenants to respectful, fair and non-discriminatory service.
- Wherever possible, to build housing so that it is fully accessible for people with disabilities.
- To collaborate to increase our property portfolio and explore innovative solutions to expand the supply of affordable housing to all eligible clients.

ATHERTON TABLELANDS
We are a non-profit organisation dedicated to housing individuals and families in the Atherton area. Our aim is to reduce homelessness locally by helping applicants from the social housing register to find affordable accommodation. Together, we work towards ensuring everyone in our community has a place to call home.
Contractors
TCHA employs local contractors across different trades to repair & maintain our rental properties. We currently manage over 126 properties which are spread across the Atherton Tablelands. We are always on the lookout for more local tradespeople to add to our list of trusted contractors to maintain these properties.
